Encouraged by successful main activities of the company and foreseeing large potential in Eastern Europe, CEG/MEI has decided to commence its work in these countries.
Therefore „Middle Europe Investments Baltija“ has been established in Lithuania in May of 2003. In the very first year of its activity the company has become known both as the creator of innovative ideas and working on particularly sophisticated projects. The construction of logistics centres, the reconstruction of offices buildings, the restoration of buildings in the Old town of Vilnius (and the number of very high quality residential projects ) - these are the works performed and implemented by „MEI Baltija“ in the recent years.
