Currently the main activity of MEI Baltija is the development of the real estate projects in Lithuania and Latvia: luxury houses and apartments, situated at exclusive locations, logistics terminals, office premises, retail shopping centres.

There are more than 15 individual projects developed in Vilnius, Trakai, Šventoja, Riga, Liepoja, etc.

 

Presently the total useful space of the buildings constructed, under construction, under reconstruction and management by MEI Baltija amounts to 1 000 000 squere .  The portfolio of the projects in Lithuania, Latvia and other Eastern European countries is scheduled to be actively developed and further expanded.

The projects are developed jointly with professional partners, employing the advantages of each in their work areas.
